The cones made entirely of ultralight carbon fiber, both front and back, are perfect for the dB Drag categories in the 500, 1000 and 2000 W power classes, where lightness and efficiency are essential.
The special tight and thin weave of the fibers results in a cone just 2.3 mm thick, providing significantly greater rigidity than a paper cone while maintaining a lower thickness. In addition, the smooth surface on both the front and back reduces internal turbulence, improving airflow and optimizing the acoustic efficiency of the box.
Warning: Carbon is a conductive material! It is essential to properly insulate the tinsels during assembly to avoid short circuits.
