The service is available as an additional option when purchasing certain products, including DSPs, batteries, amplifiers, subwoofers, woofers, and tweeters.

What is the Extra Consultation

It’s an additional support service provided by a GS Audio technician that includes a dedicated analysis of your system to recommend the best configurations based on the purchased product. Designed for those who need more in-depth support for:

  • cable and wiring connections,
  • integration between GS Audio products,
  • system setup and proper audio configuration.

What’s Included

  • Technical support via chat with a GS Audio technician.
  • Practical guidance on wiring and configuration.
  • Suggestions to optimize GS Audio product performance.

What’s Not Included

  • Complete design of systems or complex installations.
  • Support for products from other brands.
  • Remote interventions.

Basic Support Included

All GS Audio customers can still rely on free basic support always provided via WhatsApp, dedicated to simple questions or general installation information, also available in the product data sheet on our website.

When purchasing compatible products, you’ll find the option “Add Extra Technical Support (+€25)”. After purchase, our team will contact you within 1 business day.

HOURS AND CONDITIONS

  • Our online working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (non-stop).
  • Phone consultation is provided exclusively in Italian, while chat support is multilingual.
