Hernon Voice Coil Bonder 360 is a high-quality, single-component adhesive designed specifically forgluing and coating voice coils and laminating at high temperatures. Its black, heat-cured formula provides outstanding performance andextremely durable bond, even under extreme conditions of use.
The cured bond withstands temperatures above 316 °C (600 °F), making it ideal for the construction of high-power subwoofer coils where maximum reliability and durability is required.
For best performance and maximum strength:
20 minutes at 82 °C
45 minutes at 204 °C
12 hours at 65 °C (critical for complete bond relaxation and maximum strength)
