The GS Audio Huracan 15000 12" / 30 cm is one of the most powerful and advanced subwoofers in our range, designed and manufactured in Italy to offer extreme performance and absolute reliability. It is part of the Huracan 15000 series, also available in 15" / 38 cm, 18" / 46 cm and 21" / 54 cm sizes, designed specifically for ultra-high performance car audio installations.
The subwoofer mounts a massive 255 mm diameter and 25 mm high triple ferrite ring magnet assembly.
The 4" (107 mm) coil is 8-layer with CCAW (copper-coated aluminum) winding, made on high-temperature aluminum backing to handle high powers without compromise.
The die-cast aluminum basket is painted with a special anti-rumble paint, which eliminates unwanted vibrations and ensures clean and precise sound.
Bondings are made with speaker-specific adhesives designed to withstand the high forces generated by the coil, ensuring high performance and maximum reliability.
The double spider made of 100% Nomex, 0.8 mm thick , is manufactured in our Italian facility. The double-layer structure gives lightness, rigidity and strength, while the sewn tinsels eliminate noise and vibration even during the most extreme excursions.
The pneumatic rubber edge ensures a perfect seal of pressure inside the box, while direct welded 10 mm² cables ensure excellent, leak-free connections.
The carbon dust cover further stiffens the cone and acts as a heat sink, as carbon, being a heat-conducting material, helps to dissipate the heat generated by the coil from the front of the cone as well.
All versions from 12" / 30 cm, 15" / 38 cm, 18" / 46 cm and 21" / 54 cm feature a carbon fiber and Kevlar cone handmade in Italy for maximum rigidity and strength. A special Kevlarfabric is applied in the back to prevent short circuits with tinsels during maximum excursions.

Resonance frequency (Fs): between 34 Hz and 37 Hz, ideal for everyday listening, bassone and hip hop music.
For lovers of techno and songs with a lot of BPM, we recommend reducing the recommended box width by about 10 cm to increase the response speed and raise the tuning by about 3-4 Hz.
To fully exploit the potential of the GS Audio Huracan 15000, we recommend using one of our GS Audio amplifiers with power ratings between 5500W and 8500W RMS.
