FAST ASSISTANCE= quick with reduced cost (except for serious and clear signs of incorrect installation)

What to do now: THE STEPS

Step 1 – Open a service request

Download, fill in and send this: RMA FORM to GS Audio via WhatsApp at +39 347 3263458 or by e-mail info@gsaudio.it to open a service request.

 

Step 2 – Choose the type of assistance

Inform our staff about your preferred assistance option:

  • Standard Assistance (free if under warranty – waiting time 2–5 weeks)
  • Fast Assistance (Quick replacement with a 35% fee unless there are serious and clear signs of incorrect installation)

Step 3 – Return the product

Regardless of the chosen type of assistance, SHIP the damaged amplifier to GS Audio following the instructions provided by our staff (via WhatsApp or e-mail).

 

Step 4 – Diagnosis and processing

WHEN the product arrives at our facility, our technicians perform a diagnosis and communicate the result according to the chosen assistance:

  • If you chose Standard Assistance and the fault is covered by warranty, the repair is free with a waiting time of 2–5 weeks. If the fault is not covered by warranty, we will send you a quotation and you can decide whether to accept it and wait for the repair, or pay 40% of the product’s list price to receive a new amplifier.
  • If you chose Fast Assistance, you only pay 35% of the product’s list price. After the product arrives at GS Audio, we will ship the new amplifier DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME.

IMPORTANT: IN ANY CASE THE AMPLIFIER MUST BE SHIPPED TO GS AUDIO AND WE MUST RECEIVE THE RMA FORM (TO BE SENT VIA WHATSAPP OR EMAIL)

 

Step 5 – Conclusion

  • With Standard Assistance, the average repair time is 2–5 weeks.

  • With Fast Assistance, Receive a new product immediately after paying the fee and returning the defective one. Ideal for those who need a new product quickly and want to be sure the breakage isn't due to incorrect installation.
