SHIPMENTS

GS audio provides you with a timely and efficient delivery service. Your order will be delivered by envelope or parcel at the address indicated at the time of the order confirmation, if different destinations indicate the name on the bell.

Shipments are entrusted to the SDA courier and orders are delivered within 48 hours of order expiration. For the regions Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and for the disadvantaged areas the delivery times are around 72/96 hours. You will be informed on the shipping number for traceability of the neck through the courier tracking service.

The courier does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. However, some stores are open on Saturday morning so that they can be picked up directly to a deposit store, however service is always checked

GS audio is not responsible for the transportation entrusted to third parties and will not be able to repay the shipping costs in case of non-delivery, you are asked to provide a delivery address where the recipient is always available upon receipt of the goods.

STOCKS

The customer is required to communicate a telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in case of difficulties in delivery. If the delivery is not successful for cause not attributable to GS audio or express courier, after being shipped 2 times, the courier will open a stock holding that can not be attributed to GS audio, whose stock and Shipping will be debited directly by courier.

TRANSPORT COSTS

The contribution for shipping costs starts at 6.90 euros (VAT included) throughout the national territory and is indicated and added directly to your order. GS audio reserves the right to vary shipping costs if your order has a weight / volume greater than 5 kg.

Transport costs for Europe depend on the country of destination and weight, starting from 13.90 euros.
